Larrivee OM-03, 12-Fret Special Edition

This special edition Larrivee OM-03 has been designed exclusively for the UK market, and features a 12th fret neck-to-body join point. The first guitar Larrivée designed with a 12th fret join was commissioned by Tommy Emmanuel, which speaks volumes about the merits of this set up. According to Jean Larrivee, joining the neck to the body at the 12th fret (instead of the more conventional 14th fret) results in a more resonant body and superior sound. The instrument's true quality and harmonics shine through, resulting in an improved playing experience for those who know.
